| Abstract | Smart home is the development trend of the future home.It connects all kinds of electronic and electrical equipments at home by network to implement the intelligentmanagement, remote monitoring and resource share of these equipments and thehome environment.The aim of smart home is that to provide people with a safe, comfortable, efficient and convenient living environment.Combined Zigbee teehnology with ARM teehnology, this ariticle created the central gateway hardware platform,which based on ARM microprocessor.we can access to public networks through Ethernet network,,and domestic appliances and other networking facilities will be connectivity into one through the Zigbee Wireless LAN to achieve information appliances. Users can check the status of home appliances and control those appliances through a remote PC. The main research work is as follows:(1)this paper analyzed the background, significance and trends of intelligent house. the overall program of technology-based intelligent house control system is builted based on wireless communication.(2)The related technology of embedded development was researched, especially the embedded system based on arm 9 processor and its peripheral equipment. Hereby the linux operating system, embedded file system and embedded database were transplanted on the arm9 development board in the paper.(3)research on the Zigbee wireless communication protocol stack, the layers of the Zigbee protocol, Zigbee network topology and softwore develop is done in-depth study.Form a Zigbee star-network in smart home application,complete temperature measurement and intelligent ligheting control functions to achieve end-node module.(4) After researching the knowledge of the Web server and Common Gateway Interface,home gatewary is designed,which implements the remote control of information appliances by calling the embedded database, and On the gateway TCP/IP and Zigbee protocol conversion were studied in detail.Finally, this paper summarized the research and design of the wireless intelligent house control system, and the prospect of further development of intelligent house. |
