| Abstract | The Internet is widely used along with the development of network technology. People express their views for a specific event or social phenomenon through the network, formed network opinion. China is undergoing a period of social transition, it exists some social contradictions inevitably, enabling the network opinion may have been used by some unruly elements, adverse social influence. So, there are certain social risks of the bad network opinion, it needs to access the Internet opinion risk effectively, according to the evaluation results, the relevant government departments make preventive measures, making to minimize the risk of network public opinion.This paper first discusses the related theory of network public opinion, mainly discusses and expounds the connotation of network opinion risk. Due to the existence of bad network public opinion, and then puts forward to establish the risk assessment system of network public opinion, this system mainly includes the indexes and access methods. This paper analyses the establishment need of the system of network public opinion, it offers some design rules of the risk assessment indicators, and analysis the affecting factors of the network public opinion risk, and it also designs the content and weight of the indicators detailedly. It brings forward the Analytic Hierarchy Process, Delphi and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the index system of the network public opinion for assessment. At last, it accesses the network public opinion risk of a specific event, the paper expounds the entire process by accessing, this evaluation system can put forward effective theoretical basic to prevent network public opinion risk into public opinion crisis.The innovation of this paper lies in it conducted a deep research on network public opinion from the angle of its risk, it better researches the essential connotation of network public opinion. It comprehensively analysis the influence factors of the network public opinion risk, so as to construct the risk evaluation index system. Effective risk assessment may reduce the possibility of the network public opinion crisis to break out, it can better maintain the social stability, and finally reaches the purpose of promoting the harmonious development of the society. |
