Jilin branch of China Unicom is no exception, also to develop mobile voice value-added services. However, due to China Unicom’s billing system for voice value-added services is quasi-real-time billing, Real-time system is poor, so it results in serious arrears phenomenon.This issue is on the basis of the Jilin branch of China Unicom and its voice value-added services platform for in-depth understanding and research, made a call based on VAG real-time monitoring program, designed and implemented a program based on the arrears of real-time monitoring system.First of all, this issue presented voice value-added services status, followed by status, this issue analyse the Jilin branch of China Unicom in the voice business value-added real-time billing’s needs. And then this issue based on the principles of system development and methods, in accordance with the system analysis, system design, system development and so on a number of steps, give the development of the system to carry out a more comprehensive discussion.The traits of this thesis chiefly embody three aspects .Firstly, the system was dealed with complicated multi-threaded processing, to improve the efficiency of the system; Secondly, the system reduced the impact to the original voice value-added business platform; Thirdly, Blacklist system management functions can to prevent malicious user overdraft charges.At present, voice value-added services arrears real-time monitoring system has been developed. And the user through the system testing, the system is expected to achieve the objective of the design and development; |
