| Abstract | Half a century since the advent of digital computers,the information technology has experienced significant revolutionizes many times.The world’s first general-purpose digital computer’s running announced the arrival of scientific computing automation time.Today,the ubiquitous application tendency of embedded computer,has demonstrated a wonderful prospect of highly automation of the human’s society life and production activity. Embedded computer’s widespread application is a key character of the PC information age.More and more DVD burners entry to common people’s family as the kind of digital products,an increasing number of users set a higher request to this kind of digit product’s GUI,they hope to see a both gorgeous appearance and easy-to-use GUI only the PC machine has.Thus,a beautiful,generous and convenient GUI is pursued now by many DVD chip manufacturers.In this dissertation,the main contents of the study are GUI of DVD burner developed based on embedded software development systems which are Nucleus and embedded microprocessor ARM7.The dissertation firstly provides an overview of the embedded systems’characteristics,analyzes architecture and advantages of Nucleus thoroughly,then describes working principle of the Embedded Microprocessor based on ARM7 and hardware platform’s structure and characteristic that on which the GUI relied that.At the same time,it elaborated thought and method of the GUI design which Using object-oriented methodology,window mechanisms,information processing mechanism,as well as the Win32 programming theory and so on. Finally,it completed realizing the GUI of the entire DVD successfully based on the partial GUI’s realization. |
