| Abstract | URL:http://www.it-paper.com/the-optimal-selection-of-books-logistics-service-provider-based-on-ahp.html Logistics is a bridge linking the production and consumption as well as a third profit source of books enterprise, with its operational effectiveness affecting both the above-mentioned aspects, i.e. production and finally consumption of the business. Based on the fundamental theory of logistics and that of outsourcing and fuzzy mathematics, the dissertation is about a tentative research on the optimal selection of books logistics outsourcing and service provider in China at present. The findings of this research are of both theoretical and practical significance to enterprise in the regard.The dissertation elaborates the theories of logistics outsourcing and third-party logistics , and takes analysis on the difficulties of Chinese books logistics, then points out logistics important role on the enterprise management. It makes clear about the profit and risks after books logistics outsourcing. A suitable model for books logistics operation, i.e. Books Logistic Outsourcing (BLO) is established based on logistics outsourcing theories.However, the crucial element for the success of BLO is that whether an appropriate provider is selected. A set of evaluation index system of Books Logistics Service Provider (BLSP) is established and analyzed the reliability and validity by the questionnaire. The methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Coefficients and Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment are also adopted to eliminate the influence of subjective and objective factors during the evaluation, and a comprehensive evaluation model is set up at the end with its possibility be tested by case studies. |
