| Title | The Development of A3000 Process Control Experiment Simulation System |
| Abstract | This paper mainly studies and achieves the KINGVIEW-based process control and simulation experiment system, learns software configuration technique of KINGVIEW, in particular KINGVIEW configuration of OPC technology; understands and grips the basic theory of OPC. The author develops first-order, second-order, cylindrical nonlinear tank and heat exchanger model, and realizes these models by OPC server when the author have learnt the content of process control experiment device and the demands of control scheme. Then he makes process control experiment system by the realization of the control of the model objects and the development of the supervisor function of upper monitor. It can carry out simple control, cascade control, parameter setting, you can achieve first-order, second-order, nonlinear systems and heat exchanger for a variety of target control section. After running the actual test, the process of simulation training system to meet the design requirements and objectives. Meanwhile the paper makes use of MATLAB software to implement control and simulation, compared with the curves of KINGVIEW, verifies the results of it. |
