The monitoring part uses the Siemens configuration software WinCC6.0 is the development kit, has designed the system monitoring picture, and has established the corresponding monitor routine.This system main function is carries on the dynamic surveillance to the scene process data, completes the historical data to file away and unusual signal reporting to the police, carries on the instruction to the scene operation, and hoists the control room in the blast furnace and the hot blast stove duty officers observation room to be able to the blast furnace main body, the hot blast stove as well as hoists the system the production process to carry on the real-time control.
