| Abstract | The Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) means a work group to complete a common project synergistically supported by computer network and interface of people and computer in a shared environment. As a new branch of CSCW, the technology of workflow is the core technique to realize business process modeling, process management and integration, and finally achieve the goal of business process automation. Customized-business-process-based workflow is of significant importance to business process remodeling and CSCW.In the first place, the essay discusses the characteristics of CSCW, then explains and studies the tool of Lotus Domino/Notes, which is based on workflow. Thirdly, based on the requirements of Organization General CSCW Management System, the essay will put the thesis of workflow into usage, take advantage of Petri-net to model and analyze the system’s cooperative parts, put forward a architecture based on Lotus Domino/Notes and Intranet, and design and implement the modules which is workflow-related.
