| Title | Study on the Post Processing of Siemens CNC System Based on MasterCAM |
| Abstract | This paper is primarily about studing of how to amend the MasterCAM postprocess-file, so it can fit idiographic CNC system.The universal postprocess-file is empoldered for FANUC CNC system.The machining program must be amended manually.This work is large and error-prone.If some mistake we make,it can cause a loss even accident.It is a linchpin that how to matche the postprocess-file to the CNC system in automatic programming.This paper,based on teaching and manufacture,take SIEMENS802D CNS system for instance,is concerned with the modification of postprocess-file.Analysing and researching the pristine postprocess-file,Finding out the configuration,composing,work-principle and signification of the parameter.According to the peculiarity of SIEMENS cnc system and the difference between SIEMENS system and FANUC system,the function of the machine tool,amending the postprocess-file,so it can match the new CNC system in format of programs,instructions, custom of operating staff and so on,and at last,an instance verifies the validity of the method.This study resolved the key problem in automatic programming,have the value of using and popularizing. |
