| Abstract | Land resource is an important part of the city resources, which is more and more significant with the rapid development of global urbanization. As an important means of the intensive use and optimizing the allocation of land resource, the land reserve system has carried out in many cities and countries. It’s to be of great urgency that establishing the urban land reserves information system to achieve the collection, transmission, storage, processing of the land reserves and transaction information, the digital, networking, visualization of services, and improve the efficiency of land and natural resources, serve for government decision-making and social application of the provision of information services real-time.This article introduces Geographic Information System(GIS) technology to the information management of land reserves, researches and designs development of urban land bank information systems with the purchase and reserve operations of land reserve center in Suzhou City, which aims at exploring ways to meet existing demand for business information for effective management of land reserves for the space of land, achieving business decision support using GIS for spatial information organization and management of land reserves. Specific technical difficulties, including:1 The designing of land bank business data model.According to the land reserve of space, time characteristics, it designs a land bank business data model combined land bank business and the basic principles of database design, brings forward a modeling mode based on the metadata space information and the property information integration, constructions a land reserve data model, thus to realize the integrated management of the business, historical retrospective by the land reserve system, and so on.2 The designing of urban land reserves of the overall structure of information systems.Introducing object-oriented of the concept and design, object-oriented approach, it designsland bank business data model, forms land reserves data model based on a meta-data space information and property information integration, completes a land reserve system to support information the time, space and graphics integrated management.3 Urban Land Reserve information systems developmentUsing multi-system software, applying MS.Net and ArcGIS platform, it develops the Suzhou characteristics of the land reserve integrated management information system to meet the initial business applications of urban land reserves, which increases efficiency, and offers a stable, scalable platform to support the information for the land reserve management improvement and further development of Suzhou City. Anyway, the introduction of GIS technology, it provides a new line of thought to promote land reserve management information that is based on the space characteristics of the plot of land, building land reserves data model from space, time and attributes of the land reserve management business integration. |
