| Title | Research on the Test Method for Measuring the Shielding Effectiveness of Electromagnetic Shielding Clothing |
| Abstract | Electromagnetic shielding clothing has been developed for many years, but there are not any relevant standards about the shielding effectiveness measurement method.Therefore,the corresponding measurement method needs to be developed urgently.This paper seeks to develop an effective method to test the electromagnetic shielding clothing.The theory of electromagnetic shielding is introduced in this paper firstly,including the shielding theory of the electric field,magnetic field and electromagnetic field,the definition and calculation of shielding effectiveness.Then,we give the further analysis of the shielding principle of the electromagnetic shielding clothing.We establish a basic method of testing the shielding effectiveness of shielding clothing according to clothing structure and the analysis of related articles.According to the analysis of the key factors which will affect the accuracy though the testing process,we determine to establish a human body model and complete the testing in the near field and far field separately.The space in shielding clothing is limited,so the existence of the probe and emission source will interfere the original field,which is the important factor to causing measurement error.To find the best position of the probe and emission source,we should change the position of the probe and emission source,and do many different tests.Paper describes in detail the testing process,including a detailed layout of the test,test steps and test results.According to the testing program,tests are done to the real shielding clothing.In the condition of far field,the probe is placed in the same high but different distance.In the condition of near field,the emission source is placed in different paces to do the tests.In this paper,we describe the detail testing process,including a detailed layout of the test,test steps and test results.In order to prove the reliability of the test program,we use the software HFSS to simulate the testing process.We can find the best test program by comparing the results of the test and the simulation.Finally,the standard of the measurement method is produced. |
