In the time of the knowledge economy, knowledge factor has become more and more important in the productivity of enterprises and organizations. Many enterprises have built their knowledge management systems (KMS), which only take charge collection、storage and search of the knowledge. Without integration of suited knowledge and practical business process,it’s hard to advance productivity of enterprises.Aiming at some problems of the theory and method of KM at present, the dissertation discuss integration of business process and knowledge. The main points of the dissertation are as follows.1. It proposes an architecture of based on workflow knowledge integration, it is composed of workflow management system and knowledge integration system .It describes the relationship of two systems and analyzes the every component in each system.2. It proposes a method of based on workflow knowledge integration,basing on the research of components and relationship between them. The method is constituted by knowledge status integration management model、knowledge coding management model and knowledge object integration model,then,it analyzes the logistic relation among the three models.3. Basing on the architecture of based on workflow knowledge integration, and under the direction of the method of based on workflow knowledge integration. A based on workflow knowledge integration management system is built and studied in an enterprise application.
