Force-Feeling system is the main parts of flight simulator. The main function of force-feeling system is providing force feeling of loading for simulator. It simulates the real feeling of navigating for driver and provides corresponding force according to the simulated condition for navigating. It is discovered through investigating that there are no mature product about force servo and those adopted are depending on import. The researching about force servo equipment which has our own intellectual property rights has huge significance.In this dissertation, the whole process for force servo system it discusses, drived by DC motor, from designing and argumentation to final produce. Mechanical transmission assembly is designed that could rotate limited angle on two degrees of freedom. Torgue motor with low speed and great torque is replaced by DC motor. So we can reduce the ripple of output torque and get a high performance output torgue.The mathematics model of force servo system is built to deduce the stability condition. The circuit diagram is designed basing on the simulating and researching in MATLAB.TMS320F2812 is designed as a controlling core and can communicate to PC by RS-232 interface. The angular displacement observing system is designed basing on Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD). 13-bit digital quantity output can be used to observe the angle displacement real-time. Torque output is controled indirect by armature current feedback and compensated by software in TMS320F2812 to improve the precision.The part of DC motor driver is a current tracing system controlled by analog voltage which has a better tracking ability. The system has been tested by a series of experiments. These experiments approved that the force servo system can satisfy the requirement and have pleased portability. And it can be used for many other requirements by less changing.
