| Title | Research on Digital Information Model Based of Assembly Temporary Bearing Frame |
| Abstract | Buidling Information Model(BIM) is based on the 3D digital technology, integrating with engineering date model of all kinds of relevant information in the building engineering project, and is the detailed digital expression of relevant information in engineering project. This concept is raised firstly by Autodesk Corporation in 2002. Simply speaking, BIM is the digital virtual building, and can be used in showing overall building lifecycle, including the processes of construction and operation, and can draw all sorts of information in building expediently. This paper takes Assembly Temporary Bearing Frame installed by Bolt-Scaffold which is introduced from ENTERPOSE Corporation in France by Beijing ADG Scaffolding Engineering Co., Ltd as the research object, and it fully reflects the superiority of BIM design method through introducing the mothod of BIM and comparing to the tradition design method on both the design and the management. The research contents can be reflected mainly by following three aspectss:(1) Taking BIM solution Triforma design software system of Bentley Corporation as the platform and developing a set of interactive platform of all-in-one process of Assembly Temporary Bearing Frame from architectural design to structural design via the language of Microstation VBA, including 3D fast modeling module of scaffold and interlinkage module of database Acess, and making better the traditional design method of Assembly Temporary Bearing Frame become true.(2) Through studying the four theories of BIM, that is, collaborative design,4D construction progress stimulation, clash detective and data interface, and reflect the superiority of conducting Assembly Temporary Bearing Frame design via BIM theory by following four aspects:bettering traditional linear design process of bearing frame, reproducing true construction progress of bearing frame, reducing design modification of bearing frame at later stage and importing and exporting seamlessly of bearing frame between architecture and structure.(3) Taking BIM solution Autodesk Revit of Autodesk Corporation as the platform and developing a document intergration management system of Assembly Temporary Bearing Frame based on the theory of BIM via Application Programming Interface API and the language of VB.net, including three modules of logining of document, logouting of document and renewing of model information, and making the access and drawing of object properties of 3D physical model become true. It improves the efficiency and quality of bearing frame document management effectively. |
