| Abstract | Digital Library has become the library’s development direction. With the development of digital libraries, data warehouse, data mining techniques are facing with broad prospects for application, but the reserch on library with data warehousing and data mining technology is infancy, so library has not been reflected in many of the advantages. Analysis of the association rules of data mining is a very important branch of research, its main purpose is to focus on large-scale data found hidden, interesting, between the law of property.Having done research on the data mining technology and mining association rules, this paper analysed how to improve the effectiveness of the algorithm Apriori. And then try to use leap-step adaptive, dynamic candidate for pruning philatelic items, experimental comparison technology to improve the efficiency of the algorithm Apriori.Then, introduced the system architecture, business processes of the Hunan Vocational and Technical College library management system. After that ,we research how to establish a data warehouse based on the database. Through the readers’ integrated data, we can conduct a more comprehensive assessment of readers and analysis, which corresponds to the provision and improvement of services.Library records of readers is the use of library resources in the best evidence, readers also meet the information needs of individual behavior. As a result, this type of information can often reflect the actual user information needs, so readers have interest in further strengthening the use of library resources has a certain Reference value. As the lending records contain a large number of readers with an interactive library of history, if the use of data mining technology hidden from meaningful information, not only will help the reader understand the information needs, but also for the purchase of books librarians to provide information services to help Library rational allocation of resources and documents to increase the utilization of resources.
