| Abstract | URL:http://www.it-paper.com/research-of-the-influence-of-yarn-color-configuration-on-color-effect.html Color effect is formed with the color yarn and fabric patterns. the appearance of color effect formed by a variety of colors of yarn, fabric and color arrangement, colorful patterns, is full of a sense of three-dimensional, and widely used in dressing or decorative fabric. Color arrangement, collocation between fabric weave and color rank, and color match are major factors of color effect. So far, the color of the fabric pattern mold design has been more studied, but most focused on the collocation or reconciliation of the yarn color, the design and technology of appearance of the pattern. This paper researched on the yarn color how to influence the configuration of color effect.Based on knowledge of color theory, color effect design and fabric CAD, this paper first explained the nature of color, explored the basic dyeing characteristics of yarn and the reasons for the formation of color, and analyzed the color sense shift, which can cause the difference of shape when compared among two and more colors. Fabric CAD simulation developed by China’s textile Institute of Science and Technology was taken as example to summarize the basic operation and the simulation main functions, analysis and sum up the current development status as well as shortcomings of the CAD system. And then the influence of allocation colors on the shape of the mold pattern was studied by simulating the appearance of color effect with the fabric CAD, through altering and adjusting the purity, luminance and hue quantificationally. Finally the samples were trial-manufactured by changing the color of yarn to verify the influence. The result shows that different color could change the shape of color effect. |
