| Abstract | With the automobile popularization both in commercial and passenger car day by day, more and more famous international automatic companies have attracted by the enormous market potential to increase investment to China, such investment includes technology, funds, management, etc. As this situation, the severe-competing has developed in different brands. Information system is one of the most important methods to enhance the competitive power. Dealer Management System (DMS) is a management system of automobile industry, which is applied to dealers, which establishes hardcore platform of enterprise information system; therefore it is used by global automobile manufacturer. On the basis of system function, the paper uses IDEF0 and Transaction Flow Diagram method to build up a process model, then on the basis of analyzing the current business process and modeling, to develop the business process reengineering and help dealer to implement DMS. The paper provides the dealer of automobile industry a systematic and structured method to implement information system.The research object of this paper is dealer L of famous automobile manufacturer D. It dissertates from below aspect:1) The background introduction of this study, i.e. the function and application mode introduction of DMS of Company D. Next introduction is the status quo of BPR (Business Process Reengineering) & IDEF0 theory on the domestic and international research, based on it, educes the purpose and meaning of this paper, rule introduction of IDEF0 & TFD.2) Use IDEF0 & TFD modeling tools to build model of MDS, to analyse 5 business models, i.e. Sales, Marketing, Service, Parts, and Finance, to know the fuction and operation process of system.3) Analyse the existing status quo of business for dealer L, includes organization chart, information system, buseinss process. Based on it and DMS modeling, draw up implemention plan, there are 6 steps, project preparation, key user training, business process modifaction, end-user training, data migration and testing, system roll out. Help user to BPR during step 1 and 3. Result and performance analysis after system launched successfully. |
