And the interactive feature poses new challenges to the traditional model of enterprise applications. The social development in Web 2.0 business environment has been more and more concerned in the industry, especially after the industry giant such as IBM, BEA presented socialized packages. How to introduce social computing into the enterprise IT systems reasonably and to meet the opportunities and challenges in the Web 2.0 environment has become the enterprises’top priority.First of all, this article analyzed the development of Web 2.0, as well as its typical applications, and determined their technical characteristics. At the same time, this article introduced the features of social computing technology. Combined with the current development of corporate social computing, we carried out a summary of the industry, especially with regard to the status of enterprise IT systems and their inadequate. We also proposed the prosperity of social enterprise computing in the future.Then, in accordance with the calculation development of corporate social computing, the full integration of web 2.0 social model of the new enterprise IT system has been analyzed. Combined with the technical features of this field, and based on the integration of COTS, SOA, as well as the Web services, we proposed a socialized enterprise computing system framework in accordance with the need of today’s business services. At the same time, an analysis of a specific service process of socialized computing system has also been made in this article.Then, in accordance with the demands of the system framework, this article made a further study on several key technical issues: A definition method for system resource and methods for resource classification label management technology are proposed. Through this unified definition of resources and management, we build a foundation for the modulation of system. Using SOA theory to propose a splitting program for Web 2.0 services, and use the combination of atomic-scale services to achieve a flexible variable service of Web 2.0. Packaging the traditional enterprise business processes with COTS and use the Web Services to conduct unified management of services. Integrating the traditional business processes and Web 2.0 services based on this technology.Subsequently, based on the study of key technology, with the mature Web service application development framework and design, and use the rich client technology we achieve a modular system prototype development. This model realizes the seamless integration and interaction of the Web 2.0 community service and traditional enterprise business processes. The feasibility and validity of the model are verified with examples. The scalability feature of this model provides us with a viable solution for the enterprise to achieve a flexible enterprise social computing.Finally, the article also did the work for further research and improvement of exploration based on Web 2.0 social enterprise computing model. |
