Abstract

DC motor has a favourable speed control characteristic,and still being used in speed control systems,such as rolling mill,closed planer,high precision machines, and electronical cars.External controlling systems are expensive,and internal systems’ performance index is not stability,so it has a realistic significance for industrial production that design a cost-effective DC motor controlling system.This paper adopts ARM S3C2410 as the central controller,fuzzy PID as the controlling method,and designed the DC Motor control system based on real time embedded systemμC/OS-â…¡.First,it introduces fuzzy control theory and embedded system,then designs the DC Motor control system in MATLAB that adopts fuzzy PID,and next,simulinks the motor model.Based on that,it analyses and designs its hardware,includes MOSFET drive,photoelectricity isolation,key and display,speed test,H-bridge,at last,plants it intoμC/OS-â…¡.Finally,it shows a good controlling performance.The hardware of control system is a modular circuit,the circuit is simple,but has a high reliability.The software is designed with C language,from down to top, has a strong logic,easily to correct or maintain.The system based on ARM has a simple configuration,a strong anti-jamming ability,high cost-effective.Simulink and experiment both indicate the feasibility of DC motor control system that adopts fuzzy PID,and it has a hot prospect of application.
