| Title | Development and Research of Remote Control and Control for Electric Skate-board |
| Abstract | With the rapid development of electric and battery technology, the manpower of the skate-board is gradually replaced by electric power. As a result, the electric skate-board appears. Although there are many remote controls for the electric skate-board in market, they have many defects on the aspects of security, distance, and pollution. The existing controls of the electric skate-board also have some defects, especially in huge starting current of motor, motor noise, huge power dissipation of control. Through studying on the intelligence of remote control and the safety, steady, agility of control, the problems mentioned above are solved and the function is perfected at the basis of above. These designs make the electric skate-board become more agility, more security, more steady and the life of control and battery become more longer.Considering the elements of work and the requirement functions about remote control, AT89C2051, which is produced by ATMEL, is used to be the core of the remote control. A/D convert is carried out by RC circuit and comparator. This paper develops the protocol of wireless communication, which not only realizes the function of short distance wireless by asynchronous serial interface but also realizes the function of auto-checking code. The paper also proposes a method of resolving co-channel interference which avoids the interference among many electric skate-boards.The most important performance of the electric skate-board is embodied in the control. This paper investigates the safety, steady and agility of the control. It is not security for the existing controls since the braking torque of motors are low. The paper has resolved this problem and insured that the skate-board can be stopped by brake motor quickly. By using the software method, the function of auto-stop is realized when someone fell over the skate-board. The function of runway protective is realized by hardware. Based on the communication protocol, power mosfets selection and RF mode selection, this paper resolves the problems such as poor stability, poor agility and loudly motor howling.Combined with the function mentioned above, the paper gives the detailed design idea; manufacture method and software realization process for the remote control and control of the electric skate-board. The final tests show that the remote control and control work well and keep the stability for a long time. |
