| Abstract | Network management has become more and more complicated as the rapid development of network technology with the appearance of large numbers of network equipments.The network management system must guarantee its credibility and efficiency while managing the network equipments.Thus it has become a burning question how to monitor and manage the network management networks effectively.SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) is based on TCP/IP.It defined a uniform interface and protocol for equipments of various brands,various equipments made by various factories,equipments of various types what can evidently improve the efficiency of network management and predigest the administrator’s work.It has become the true standard of network management because of its simpleness.This paper is to implement a efficient and scalable management system of network management networks based on SNMP and JMS.First, the paper introduces the related background of the project,describes the situation of network management application and the advantage of network management technology based on SNMP. It clearly indicates the importance of SNMP-based network management.Second,the paper introduces the basis and core technology of SNMP and JMS,raises a model of network management based on SNMP and JMS and analyzes its feasibility.Finally,the paper analyzes and designs the overall to the management system of the network management networks.Then it implements the system by Java programming design language and net-snmp which is an open source project.And the paper particularly analyses and researches all the modules. |
