| Title | Design and Implementation of Distributed Street Lamps Monitor System Based on Ad Hoc |
| Abstract | URL:http://www.it-paper.com/design-and-implementation-of-distributed-street-lamps-monitor-system-based-on-ad-hoc-2.html Along with social and technical unceasing development, the traditional street lamps control and management maintenance method already could not adapt to the modernized city development speed, the street lighting has already become city’s vivid project which the public care for extremely. This article takes the Jinan University campus street lamps monitor system as an example. The system can apply to the campus street lamps and it can be applied to the entire city street lamps automation control, monitoring and management, too. The streamlined intelligent lighting system uses wireless network technology and expands flexibly, without appropriative network line abroad.Domestic street lamp supervisory control system commences later in lighting control and energy conservation, which is in the developing time and using single communication mode.GPRS communication, with a wide coverage area, needs operating cost based on data throughput and may have signal blind spots and packet loss phenomenon. In large special holidays packet loss will be exacerbated in the case of voice traffic increase significantly which will make lights monitor real-time information can not be updated. Within the analysis of extant street light supervisory system’s function and the society request to the street light control management,we unify with the aid of the distributional supervisory control and data acquisition system(SCADA) and the advanced communication technology–Ad Hoc self-organizing wireless network. We have realized the city street lamp monitor system which is capable of single lamp real-time control and monitoring, and also realize the GIS function.Shows the street lamps status parameters on the map by combining CIS,alarms and locates when finding unusual data. The system realizes real-time information alternation intelligent monitor, scheduling and management between lamps and the monitor center. In this paper, the lights monitoring system takes good advantage of Ad Hoc point-to-point mode’s auto structuring network. There are several innovations.First,real-time communication between street lamp monitoring equipment and RTU using Ad Hoc,reducing the flow of useless information.Second, the system can adapt to the ever-increasing operational requirements, only increase a slight increase parts when adding up new control point, with expansibility.Third,it is open, and can accommodate different manufacturer’s products with generic nature. |
