| Abstract | ERP is a modern enterprise ideology and method that faces up to Supply Chain Management. Being widely used in enterprises of western countries and getting a good performance, Since 20 years, however, although many China enterprises used ERP, their management level and some relative indexes indicating enterprise’s integrated ability and management situation didn’t better, improve and innovate greatly. Therefore, how to raise the success percentage of project operation and lower the enforcement risk have become main content of ERP Project Implementation and research. About the process of ERP Project Implement in QINGDAO YJY TRADING CO., LTD. (YJY). Firstly thesis analyses the problem occurred in the business process, such as stock is heavy, workers is very busy and effectivation is very low, the delivery time is very long and not accurate, cost is very high, the information between department is very low, a lot of human resource is wasted. Because of the problem, the company realized that a ruled, advanced management method and way is very imported. So the company decided to implement EPR . Before the implement EPR project, they make detailed risk recognition. The risk recognition include the external risk and internal risk. The external risk is same as the environment risk. And the internal risk is very complex. The main content is the choice for sofeware and hardware and supplier; the time and the cost, the management risk and and risk for BPR(Business Process Reengineering); the human resource management risk. After ayalysis the risk, the author puts forward some method to solve these problems and also also offers some new clues and new methods to improve successful ERP system implementation.
